The Asheville Senior Chorus is proud to have spent over two decades fostering a sense of community and partnership through the power of song. We recognized the importance of engaging with our local communities from the moment our organization was established. With an extensive repertoire spanning from Bach to the Beatles and beyond, we aim to captivate audiences and bring people together through the universal language of music. Since our first season, we have established a tradition of actively participating in civic events and ceremonies. Through these performances, we strive to connect with individuals from all walks of life and create lasting memories that resonate within our communities. It is no secret that singing has numerous physical and emotional benefits. Beyond its pure enjoyment, singing promotes well-being by reducing stress levels, improving breathing techniques, boosting confidence, and enhancing overall mental health.
